Google Maps Scraper Cost per 1,000 Leads (2026): Every Tool Compared
What 1,000 Google Maps leads really cost with Outscraper, Apify, Scrap.io, D7 Lead Finder, LeadSwift, Apollo, the Google Places API and LocalProspects, with and without emails and phone data.
Table of contents
1,000 Google Maps listings cost about $1.75 to $4. That gets you the name, address, phone, website and rating. 1,000 leads you can actually email cost $2.90 to $14, depending on the tool and what it includes.
The gap comes from add-ons. Google Maps has no emails or owner names, so every tool has to visit each business website to find them. Pay-as-you-go tools like Outscraper and Apify bill that as a separate meter, and phone checks and email checks as more meters on top.
Prices below are from each vendor's pricing page on October 28, 2026.
Cost per 1,000 leads, by tool
| Tool | 1,000 listings | With emails | Owner names | Phone type | Free to start |

| LeadSwift | $24.99/mo flat | Included | Some | No | 7-day trial |
| Apollo | Not a Maps tool | About $19.60 | Included | 8 credits each | 75 credits/mo |
Yearly billing lowers LocalProspects to $2.90 per 1,000 and Scrap.io to $3.50. "Phone type" means each number is labeled mobile or landline.
The LocalProspects price is the $39 Starter plan, which includes 10,000 leads a month. Bigger plans cost less per lead: $1.94 per 1,000 on Agency and $1.49 on Scale.
What a usable lead costs
A listing and a lead are not the same thing. If you plan to call, text or email the business, you usually need four things:
- The Google Maps listing
- Emails from the business website
- Which phone numbers are mobile, so you know which ones can take a text
- The owner's name, so you are not writing to "info@"
Here is what that full lead costs per 1,000:
| Tool | Listing | Emails | Phone type | Owner name | Total per 1,000 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| LocalProspects | Included | Included | Included | Included | $3.90 |
| Outscraper | $3 | $3 | $5 | No | $11 |
| Apify (Starter) | $3 | $2 | No | $5 | $10 |
| Scrap.io | Included | Included | Not in US | No | $4.90 |
| D7 Lead Finder | Included | Usually one | No | No | About $5.50 |
Outscraper comes to $14 with its $3 email checks. Apify has no phone type, Scrap.io has no owner names, and D7 gives the listing plus one email at most.
Google Places API cost
Google's own API is the cheapest way to get raw listings, but it is the most work.
- Price: Text Search with phone numbers and websites is the Enterprise SKU at $35 per 1,000 requests. Without phone and website (the Pro SKU), it is $32.
- Places per request: each request returns up to 20 places, so 1,000 businesses take about 50 requests, or about $1.75.
- Free usage: the first 1,000 Enterprise requests each month are free.
- The catch: one query returns at most 60 results. To cover a whole city you have to split it into many small areas or search terms, then remove duplicates yourself.
- What is missing: no emails, no owner names, no social profiles and no phone type. You would still need a website scraper and a phone lookup on top.
If you look up each business one at a time with Place Details instead, the Enterprise SKU is $20 per 1,000 calls, so 1,000 businesses cost $20.
Pay-as-you-go tools
Outscraper
Outscraper has no subscription. Each service is its own meter:
- Google Maps records: $3 per 1,000, first 500 free each month
- Emails and contacts: $3 per 1,000 websites
- Phone lookup: $5 per 1,000 numbers
- Email verification: $3 per 1,000 emails
10,000 businesses cost about $28.50 for listings alone, about $57 with emails and close to $87 with verified emails. It is a good choice for a one-off list. If you need contact data every month, the meters add up fast.
Apify
Apify sells monthly credit that you spend on scrapers. The main Google Maps scraper costs $4 per 1,000 places on the free plan and drops to $1.50 on the $999 Business plan. Add-ons stack on top: $2 per 1,000 for emails and social links, and $5 per 1,000 for contact names on Starter. So 1,000 places with emails cost about $5 on the $19 Starter plan. Unused credit expires each month.
Monthly plans
Scrap.io
Scrap.io charges by exported business: $49 a month for 10,000 exports, or $4.90 per 1,000. Yearly billing brings that to $3.50. Emails and social profiles are included. Bigger search areas, like a whole state or country, need the higher plans.
D7 Lead Finder
D7 Lead Finder charges by search, not by lead. Starter is $44.99 for 10 searches (about 3,500 leads, or $12.85 per 1,000). Agency is $54.99 for 30 searches (about 10,000 leads, or $5.50 per 1,000). Most leads come with one generic email like info@, and there are no owner names.
LeadSwift
LeadSwift is a flat $24.99 a month for one search a day, with no cap on leads per search. Your cost per 1,000 depends on how many businesses each search returns. It is cheap if you run one big search a day, and less so if you need many niches or cities at once.
Apollo
Apollo is a B2B contact database, not a Google Maps scraper. An email costs 1 credit and a phone number costs 8. On the Basic plan ($49 a month yearly for 2,500 credits), 1,000 emails cost about $19.60, and 1,000 phone numbers cost far more. Its coverage of small local businesses like plumbers and salons is thin.
LocalProspects
LocalProspects is $39 a month for 10,000 leads ($29 a month yearly). Every lead comes with the Google Maps listing, every email on the business website, the owner's name when it can be found, each phone labeled mobile, landline or VoIP with the carrier, social profiles and the website's text. All of it is included on every plan, along with the API and CSV exports.
That works out to $3.90 per 1,000 leads on Starter, $1.94 on Agency ($97 for 50,000) and $1.49 on Scale ($297 for 200,000). New accounts get 300 free leads, no card needed.
Building your own scraper
A homemade scraper has no per-lead fee, but it is rarely free. You pay for proxies to avoid Google's blocks (usually $5 or more per GB of residential traffic), a server to run it, and the hours to fix it each time Google changes its page. You also still need to crawl each website for emails. For most teams, a few dollars per 1,000 leads is cheaper than the upkeep.
Which option is cheapest for you
- A one-off list of raw listings: the Google Places API if you can code, or Outscraper's free 500 records if you can't.
- Developers building a custom pipeline: Apify.
- Leads you will call, text or email every month: LocalProspects, because emails, owner names and phone types are already in the price.
Start with the 300 free leads and compare them against your current tool for the same niche and city.
