When you create an account, we collect your name and email address via Google OAuth. When you use our API, we log your searches (keyword + city) and the results returned. We also collect standard analytics data like page views, product interactions, and device type. When enabled, session recordings are privacy-masked.
Your account info is used to authenticate you and manage your subscription. Search history is stored so you can revisit past results. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
The business data we return (names, emails, phones, etc.) is sourced from publicly available information including Google Maps, business websites, and public records. We do not scrape private or password-protected data.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) and Cloudflare infrastructure. API keys are hashed before storage. Search results are stored in Cloudflare R2. All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS.
We use essential cookies for authentication and store your privacy choices in your browser. With your permission, PostHog and Google Analytics measure product usage, and PromoteKit measures affiliate referrals under the Advertising category. Optional browser tracking stays off until you opt in. Use Cookie preferences in the footer to change or withdraw your choices. Choices expire after 180 days.
We use Google OAuth for authentication, Stripe for payments, Supabase for database and auth, PostHog and Google Analytics for analytics, PromoteKit for affiliate referrals, Crisp for signed-in customer support, and Cloudflare for infrastructure. Each of these services has their own privacy policy.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@localprospects.ai. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
