When you create an account, we collect your name and email address via Google OAuth. When you use our API, we log your searches (keyword + city) and the results returned. We also collect standard analytics data like page views and device type.
Your account info is used to authenticate you and manage your subscription. Search history is stored so you can revisit past results. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
The business data we return (names, emails, phones, etc.) is sourced from publicly available information including Google Maps, business websites, and public records. We do not scrape private or password-protected data.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) and Cloudflare infrastructure. API keys are hashed before storage. Search results are stored in Cloudflare R2. All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS.
We use essential cookies for authentication. We may use analytics cookies to understand how the product is used. No advertising cookies are used.
We use Google OAuth for authentication, Stripe for payments, Supabase for database and auth, and Cloudflare for infrastructure. Each of these services has their own privacy policy.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@localprospects.ai. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
