By using LocalProspects.ai you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms at any time and continued use constitutes acceptance.
LocalProspects.ai provides an API and web interface for searching and enriching publicly available local business data. We aggregate data from public sources including Google Maps, business websites, and public records.
You must create an account via Google OAuth to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API key. Do not share your API key publicly. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date business data, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or freshness of any data returned by the API. Business information changes frequently and our data reflects what is publicly available at the time of enrichment.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Unused credits do not roll over.
Each search costs 100 credits. Each domain enrichment costs 1 credit. Free tier credits are lifetime (not monthly). Rate limits apply to prevent abuse.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or the data it returns. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
