Every US and Canadian lead is now checked against its Better Business Bureau profile, and the owners and staff it lists are merged with the people named on the website. Rerunning six past searches (509 businesses), leads with an owner went from 28% to 57%.
New
- BBB lookup on every US and Canadian lead, including leads without a website: owner, BBB rating, accreditation, business start date and entity type
- Verified owners: a check mark when the website and the BBB profile name the same person
- Other contacts: everyone named on the website or BBB, with titles, plus Contact 2 and Contact 3 columns for your spreadsheets
- Owner Email: the owner's personal address when one matches their name, like mike@ or mmellado@
Improved
- Social profiles listed on BBB fill in the ones a website doesn't link
- A campaign location that fails is retried after 30 seconds, 2.5 minutes and 5 minutes, so a short outage no longer pauses the whole campaign
Fixed
- Campaigns that ran out of credits partway no longer skip locations or stay stuck as running. They pause for credits, and Resume picks up every missed location
